 Hi, you should be able to go into the Log Viewer activity, click the Tools
 menu, and then Log Collector: Send XO Information, this will upload your
 log files to the OLPC servers.

 Then go to #olpc-help in irc and they should be able to help figure it
 out.  If it turns out to be a bug in olpc-update that hasn't been fixed
 yet, post more information about it here.

 If you just want to upgrade, have a USB key, and don't mind losing all
 your data, do this: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activated_Upgrade
