 how do i get help? update always fails for me, too. dont know linux or
 programming or log attaching.  have gigi 650 build. from terminal entered
 su -l then olpc-update 656. starts ok then got assertionerror after line
 163. same for olpc-update -rv 656. same for build 653, too.   plz advise
 in beginner steps how to upgrade. cant run on home wpa wifi so using hotel
 pay per day with zowii usb/ethernet adapter plugged in left side.
 downloaded developer key, too, but no difference.
