Comment:

 What does 'iwconfig eth0' show after you resume? Does this happen 100% of
 the time?
 If you use iwconfig to set the SSID after resume, does that also make it
 work again?
 Does the AP show a list of connected stations, and does it include this
 laptop when it's in the failing state?
