 how to show values for border style that some of them are with camelCase
 is conflicting in 2002.

 - exported literals are stil camelCase ("compleAltFramed" for instance)
 because of glitch in 1983transSymbolList-KR. (see #6704.  sorry about
 that...)

 - For "border style" slot in fill&border category camelCase is flattened
 but can't be translated

 - In halo menu "border style", still shown with camelCase and can be
 translated.  The camelCase is to be fixed.

 Proposed patch is attached
