Comment:

 Firmware release 22.p14 (#6993) fixes this.

 iwpriv msh0 set_link_costs "1 0 0 0" will omit all but 54Mbps preqs.

 Likewise,

 iwpriv msh0 set_link_costs "13 26 42 0" will omit the 1Mbps preq.
