Comment:

 We now derive from SimpleHTTPRequestHandler.  URLs starting with /wiki/
 and /search/ are handled by us, the rest are passed to local files.

 Note that this might currently be a security problem, we should check
 whether '..' links are followed.

 As a side benefit, monobook.css and the InstaView javascript are served
 statically as well.
