 Build 656, B4 Urdu keyboard.

 Dr. Habib from Pakistan deployment would like the keyboard updated per the
 attachments; and would like the keymappings (SW) update.

 This is 'normal' priority until we have a schedule for the hardware
 changes. I have asked him to respond if he wants the SW changes even if we
 don't do the hardware changes.
