Comment:

 Invitations and stream tubes both use plain TCP connection. I'm pretty
 sure this is the same problem as #6774 which seem to be a low level
 network problem as XO can't establish unicast connections.
 Salut log with GIBBER_DEBUG=all and SALUT_DEBUG=all could help us to
 confirm this theory.
