 I was playing around with Measure-15, using two MP laptops running
 Update.1 699, registered to a school server and connected via a school
 mesh.

 It worked fine (with the occasional mis-measurement explainable due t o
 multipath propagation and moving laptop), until one of the laptop
 accidentally closed.  When reopened, the measure activity was
 unresponsive.  I switched to the home screen, and in a short while
 the cursor became unresponsive and Sugar had to be rebooted.

 I was able to quit Measure on the machine which didn't suspend.

 This is likely related to #6670 (and thus to #6201 and #4247).
