 No quotas are currently placed on activity writes to
 $SAR/{data,tmp,instance}. In present versions of the software, the
 available RAM is the only limitation on the quantity of data that can be
 stored in $SAR/tmp. (This was not formerly the case but was changed in
 response to criticism which suggested that we had introduced hard bugs in
 Read as a result of limiting the size of the tmpfs). In the future,
 activities may be able to specify their own quotas and tmpfs bounds.
