 Two laptops connected to the same access point; starting up a Chat session
 --either by invitation or sharing--doesn't result in a working Chat. Both
 XOs see each other in the mesh; the Chat shares and launches on both XOs,
 but the second XO stays "private"; the fact that the activity was
 allegedly joined is never reported back; the chat itself of course then
 doesn't exchange data.

 Same laptops, connected through a school server, everything works as
 expected.
