Comment:

 This one can be seen as well in Update.1 build 702. It can be quite
 confusing, if you do not expect it you think the download did not happen
 at all.

 Effect: Open two Browse instances. Start a download in the first instance
 you opened. The alert that gives feedback about the download will be
 displayed in the second instance. Having more than one Browse instance
 open is likely happening when you played audio/video files with Browse.
