 wad's tests do include some presenceservice logs. Many of them show an IP
 address of 169.x.x.x and do not therefore "detect" the school server -
 that's a DHCP issue out of the scope of this fix.

 However, http://xs-
 dev.laptop.org/mesh/test0323/0323Bx52logs/logs/1206404683/presenceservice.log
 shows a log where the IP address is 172.18.11.250, we do see "DEBUG
 s-p-s.linklocal_plugin: Connected to a school server. Disable Salut" and
 "DEBUG s-p-s.presenceservice: Gabble takes precedence, disconnect Salut" -
 so this fix is working.

 I think that's sufficient to close this now, any comments?
