 Working form a G1G1 laptop updated via USB-image to Update1 RC1 (691).

 Yes and Yes.
 rsync -avz  rsync://updates.laptop.org/build-update.1-702/contents /tmp/
 works.
 Possible hints: It did not work on the build that was shipped with the
 laptop as well, I'm behind a NAT-ing router, I have a dev-key installed on
 the machine, the backlight dimms and brigthens repetedly while trying to
 do the update.

 I will gladly try to debugg this if you can direct me.
