Comment(by mikus):
Until I install a tabbed Terminal, I definitely want to switch back and
forth between two (non-console) CLI windows. [The primary repository for
my files is on an SD card, whose contents I normally access through
Terminal. I simply don't __think__ the way you expect your target OLPC
users to be thinking.]
The back-and-forth capability is available now, with Alt-Tab going in one
direction through the activities, and Ctl-Alt-Tab going in the other
direction. But it is bothersome to remember which key-sequence to use
when. Much simpler if always just using Alt-Tab.
While I admire the Journal, I find it cumbersome to use. I would go
bonkers if I had to cycle multiple times through suspending my interaction
with an activity, going off and finding something using the Journal, then
going back and resuming where I left off. [I tested with the "Tab-
sequences skip over Journal" patch installed -- not being shown the
Journal View (nor the Main view) when going between activities saved me
both time and distraction.]
It might be a "Shortcut-sequence" rather than a "Tab-sequence", but I
definitely want the capability to ping-pong between two specific
activities (when three or more are open).
