 For drawing and generally using the stylus, it is useful to toggle having
 the mouse button held down for the duration of a stroke, and implicitly
 includes a mouse-up at the end of the stroke.

 This may also be useful in other applications, simply to improve the use
 of the stylus pad, dragging operations, or any other activities that make
 extensive use of the mouse with a button held down.
