 I thought there was a CVSWeb for helixcommunity.org but i can't find it.
 It may require authentication to get to.  The only reason for keeping it
 in helixcommunity.org's CVS is because thats where the rest of helix code
 is.  There is no technical reason for keeping it there.  I will bring up
 switch to GIT for the activity.
