 When a C2 laptop, running build 699, is turned off (but plugged into an
 external source of power), the network association (NA) LED (the one
 farthest to the left below the screen) is sometimes dimly lit.  It is only
 noticeable in a dark room.

 When the external source of power is removed, the NA LED turns off.   If
 external power is then reapplied, the NA LED does not turn on (dimly or
 otherwise).
