 Driven by the mgmt scripts, XSs can be instructed to call back to the
 bridge server. Provide scripting glue so that

  - there is a simple command that establishes the call, sets up the tunnel
 back to itself, and announces our identity at the Bridge

  - at the bridge, a monitoring script that provides a summary of who's
 connected, and on which port - must have trivial hooks to buzz or email a
 sysadmin

  - something to try and keep the connection open and alive with a very
 long timeout

  - it would be nice to have a way for the sysadmin to tear it down when
 finished - a wrapper around kill -HUP <pidofoutboundssh> will do
