 Figure out and document how we upgrade from USB key / CD.

 We need an initial rpm-infrastructure-based strategy. Can be trivial, but
 we _must_ describe it.

 At a later stage upgrades might be generally handled by the ISConf
 discussed in the management scripts tickets - but this scheme must work
 anyway.
