 Until we get a better way of caching buddy-handle mappings in
 sugar.presence (that actually works - see #6473) I think the current
 get_buddy code should be moved into sugar.presence.activity.

 Until then, the attached patch moves it into a separate module which I'll
 test with other activities. It would greatly help (in the mean time) to
 not have multiple versions of this code in activity source, but just one
 file which they can include.

 (*Side note: having a separate module like this won't work with Pippy's
 view source, so I'm not pushing this patch at this point. Apparently
 Develop will handle multi-file activities in the future.)
