 Audio sharing works fine with Gabble.

 I attached Record's log of both sides with Gabble and Salut. Would be good
 if a Record developper could take a look on it and explain what was going
 wrong.

 The sender seems to properly send data with Gabble and Salut but the
 receiver displays this in the Salut case:
