 The scrollable help flaps that rewrap their text when the width changes,
 which are used, for example, to provide documentation for the sound-
 recorder and for the event-theatre, are improperly sized when used with
 the sugar nav-bar showing, with the result that text at the bottom of the
 flap cannot be read, and cannot be scrolled into view because the
 scrolling control at the bottom of the scroll-bar is off-screen.
