 Peter,

 Sadly, we temporarily lost track of project hosting applications as a
 result of sysadmin turnover. Once things settled down, our new sysadmin
 (Henry Hardy (hhardy)) began to clear the backlog of requests. Presently,
 you should examine http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Hosting for instructions on
 how to contact Henry in order to receive the necessary credentials. Then
 you'll be able to perform your updates.
