 Brian,
 can you please provide a ZIP bundle with the images converted to SVG? I've
 tried everything I know but can't make GIMP and Inkscape work together. If
 we have the images in SVG (layers of course) then it will be easier to
 automate the translation process.

 Also not everyone has Photoshop to work with the original PSD images.
