 I hope you got all the changes from the wiki.

 For the future : xo-start in update.1 (and in git under olpc-library-core)
 includes both english and spanish.  As of 700 bundles should switch
 between language options with the sugar language setting.

 As for making bundles avoid the html frame... that issue has gone away
 entirely in the update.1 builds (but not yet in 65x).
