 I think I agree. If you are going to devote time in this, then we better
 do it right. This may mean removing a whole layer of software that may no
 longer be necessary. Cerebro can provide the necessary primitives like
 service announcement, multicast data transport, buddy management, etc.
 Then, all you need is adapting this information to the Telepathy spec. so
 that Sugar can access this information through the Presence Service.

 Both me and Rene have invested a lot of time trying to make this happen
 and failed, even with a lot of help from Daf and the rest of the Collabora
 team. This in itself means that there is something inherently wrong in the
 presence stack and needs to be fixed.
