 This is not true.  For example, if you click an activity to join it, and
 then immediately select "join" from its dropdown list, you will launch two
 copies of it in the Ring.  That is a natural behavior for people new to
 Sugar, so my friends are constantly launching two copies of a shared
 Activity.

 This is a separate issue from the "launches 3 copies" problem, which is
 probably due to #4763.
