 I designed and implemented an interface for Salut in this branch:
 http://monkey.collabora.co.uk/telepathy-salut-cerebro/

 Salut wasn't ported yet to use it so some API changes will be probably
 needed but I think we can start to implement it using Cerebro.

 Basically, Cerebro has to provide a D-Bus API that allows us to implement
 these 4 interfaces: SalutDiscoveryClient, SalutDiscoveryBrowser,
 SalutDiscoveryAvahiService and SalutPublishedService.
