 This content bundle installs fine on 698 but doesn't install at all on
 656.

 On 698 one can see the link to the content bundle(on the left pane in
 Browse, within Media) after downloading it and then restarting Browse
 Activity. On 656 one doesn't see any link to the newly downloaded content
 within the Browse Activity after downloading the content and restarting
 the Activity.


 I cant see anything in the log file for WebActivity ...
