 I have a G1G1 machine with build 656.  When the USA went to daylight time
 on March 9th, I found that my XO's time zone name had changed from "EST"
 to "EDT" but that the local time was an hour slow.  I had to use the date
 command to advance the clock to the correct local time so that GMT would
 be correct.
