 I think this version works. I move the index.html file to
 bundle_index.html and created an index.html file that does a redirect to
 /home/olpc/Library/comenzar

 Seemed to work with 656 after running make_index.py.

 The description the olpc wiki (wiki.laptop.org/go/Librayr_bundle) in
 regard to how to make a bundle stand-alone as opposed to in an html frame
 is anything by clear...
