 update.1 build 695 on g1g1 hardware.

 Had browse activity open when I did a suspend/resume (by closing the lid).
 Tried to navigate to another page, and got this error.  Waited a minute or
 so, clicked the "try again" button, and it loaded the page.

 The only issue for me was that the error message mentions the file menu,
 which does not exist.  (Is that this bug, or should we open a separate bug
 for that?)
