#6615 NORM Never A: "all equations" and "show history" buttons have some problems

#6615: "all equations" and "show history" buttons have some problems

 I noticed that the two buttons to change what the list shows have some
 problems. Some of these may also be theme problems.

  1. They have a white text color, but it should be black (probably theme)
  2. They change their size when the button is toggled
  3. I do not see a sense in using toggle buttons. I do not understand why
 "Show history" should be OFF and "Show variables" should be ON.
  3. They are tool buttons, with a very little padding, and small radius in
 the corner.

 I am not sure how they should really look like, CC'ing Eben to see if he
 has some input
