 rpm and yum report $releasever to be 8.93 instead of 9.  This gives the
 livna rpm problems, as they check for $releasever on install, and use it
 in the path to their repositories.  rpm -ivh --nodeps livna...rpm cleanly
 installs, and if you edit /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo to use '9' instead
 of '$releasever', they function fine.

 /etc/*-release also lists the release as 8.93. (manually changing it to 9
 doesn't fix the above issue).
