 Eben's idea for "view source" is that it brings up a dialog (running
 outside of activity context) which gives the various options available.
 Assuming handlers for all mime types are available, that would include, at
 a minimum, the activity bundle itself (created by sugar on demand),
 possibly other items exposed globally (a .po editor?), and anything
 activity specific (for Browse, that might be html, etc.).

 What should this dialog look like?
