 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_French_(ca)(ht)_Keyboard is there for
 machines for Haiti. I think G1G1 users will be able to enable this. I need
 to check on the status of the console keymap. Wrt translations, build 708
 seems to be pretty well translated into French.
