Comment:

 I remain in opposition with this ticket conditionally: As long as the
 Journal appears where it does and as it does, I think we need to continue
 to treat it as an activity.  If another proposal arises which meaningfully
 differentiates the Journal in a manner consistent with the system and its
 use, I'm happy to reconsider how it's portrayed.  I'm changing the title
 to reflect this.
