 We do now have the GUI control panel in place, so that part of the ticket
 is satisfied.  As such, I've renamed this to focus on the specific
 variables requested to be exposed though that UI.

 That said, I'm unsure that exposing the particular variables requested in
 the control panel is actually the right solution.  I do ''not'' want to
 expose lots of details that we wouldn't expect children and teachers to
 change periodically to their benefit.  Moreover, I hesitate to add lots of
 sliders and buttons which kids could mess with, effectively breaking
 either their own configuration or perhaps even interfering with the
 network for an entire class/school.

 And, finally, perhaps the best solution in any case is to create an
 extension to the control panel scripts in terminal that allows a command
 on any one of them to broadcast the same command to a whole batch of XOs
 at one shot.  Then, even if we don't expose these parameters in the GUI,
 there will be an easier way to test them at scale.
