Comment(by Eben):

 Actually, this is only partly specified. It's certainly possible to
 remove any downloaded activity bundles from the Journal, and as far as I
 know, this also uninstalls the activity. (Actually, maybe it doesn't:
 #7046) What I specified before, but has been questioned, is that the
 activity list in home should provide a one-stop activity management
 solution, from which one can update or delete any activities on the
 laptop. This is potentially confusing because there's a question of what
 happens in the Journal when an activity is deleted from the list. Does it
 get deleted from the Journal? What what if there were multiple versions?
 Does the version history all get erased? Does only the installation go
 away, leaving the bundle in the Journal for future reinstallation or
 permanent deletion? Do we decouple the bundle from the installation
 completely, so that deleting a bundle does *not* uninstall the activity?
 The whole idea behind bundles was that you don't have to install/uninstall
 in the first place...if you have it you have it; if not, you don't....

 These aren't rhetorical questions...please advise if you have thoughts on
 the subject!
