#7325: player-at-cursor and first-element readouts in viewers & watchers not
updated sometimes

Under certain circumstances, if the lone object in a Holder is removed and
then dropped back into the Holder, the readouts (in Viewers and Watchers)
for the player-at-cursor and first-element slots of the Holder are not
 properly updated.

Copied verbatim from the following discussion by dmoco in TRAC ticket
 7315:

...I have three holders (in a row inside yet another holder) and two
sketches. The left and right holders have scale factor of 1.0, the middle
one > 1.0. Using one sketch, if I move it by hand or script between the
three then viewers/watchers update correctly BUT only the first time the
sketch is included in a holder (order has no effect, neither does the fact
the middle holder is scaled). The second time the same sketch is
dropped/included the collections count is updated but not first-element or
player-at-cursor, although scripts work fine so it looks like a getter
problem. Using another sketch the getters work again (first time only) and
likewise if I then use the original sketch.
