Comment:

 Replying to [ticket:4894 bert]:
 > Since Russia is one of the launch countries, we should at least support
 cyrillic glyphs in the etoys font. This will be fixed for real in #4011
 but for Update.1 this should be a relatively simple change.

 We need Cyrillic for Mongolian in Mongolia, which has already received its
 first XOs.
