Comment:

 The bugs and omissions enumerated in this ticket's main list were
 addressed in update 1929evtTheatreTransl-sw:

 *  The terminology was sharpened.
 *  Help-message was rewritten.
 *  All the items formerly not "translatable" were made translatable".
 *  The various debugging-related menu items were removed.

 Thus, in advance of Update-2, this ticket will now be marked as "fixed".
 Possibly the original author of the ticket will want to file a fresh TRAC
 ticket that expresses his remaining recommendations concerning the tool.
