 Leaving the distinction between the views to a later discussion...

 This ticket identifies a straightforward bug:  once an activity has been
 deleted, it cannot be launched, and should not remain in the Home views at
 all.  Tomeu, I'm assigning this to you since you've done most of the work
 on Home.  I'm happy to look into it myself if you're busy, but your
 comments on the approach would be appreciated.

 A quick glance at the code indicates that both the ring and the list
 currently listen to the activity registry for the activity-removed signal,
 and handle it in what appears to be an appropriate manner.  It also
 appears we're correctly deleting bundles via the uninstall method in the
 Journal.  I'm not sure which end isn't handling things correctly.
