 The new launching behavior is meant to portray the idea that the launcher
 screen is just a placeholder for the actual activity window which loads
 thereafter, and the zoom-in animation of the activity icon itself
 reinforces this.

 As such, the launcher should be considered part of the activity zoom
 level, and the activity level icon in the Frame should be visibly selected
 whenever the launcher is focused. Currently, the home view icon remains
 focused anytime the launcher is visible, which is contrary to the
 intention.
