When the user moves through the list of suggestions (via up and down
arrows), the cursor remains active within the entry to allow modification
of the input. (This is good!)

We can improve usability by allowing modification or extension of the URIs
listed as suggestions by entering the full text for the currently selected
suggestion into the entry, and automatically selecting the "remainder" of
the string (that is, the portion which the user hasn't typed themselves.
This allows them to move the cursor through the URI for the current
suggestion and edit part of it (or append to it) before pressing enter to
make the request. The automatic selection of the remainder allows them to
press one key (delete) to get back to the point which they were at before
they began interacting with the suggestions.

If they close the autocompletion window (via pressing escape, or by
navigating back to the entry itself via up or tab keys), the remainder
should be automatically removed, leaving them in the same state they were
 at when the window appeared.
