 After perusing Apple's site a bit to populate the history, I tried the
 autocompletion feature out.  I was surprised to find that there were a
 dozen entries for fls.doubleclick.net, which were related to ads found on
 Apple's site (apple is in the query string, which is why it turned up as a
 match...), but clearly weren't "navigated to".

 Only pages which were explicitly navigated to should be stored in the
 history.
