 After submitting my recent patch to reveal the URL on rollover, I noticed
 that the page title doesn't update appropriately when a new page is
 loaded.  With that patch applied (it's not in master as of the writing of
 this ticket), I have to move the cursor into and then out of the entry to
 get the title to update.  Without it, I imagine you'd need to focus the
 entry and then un-focus it again.

 The page title should always automatically update when a page finishes
 loading to indicate the title of the page currently being viewed.
