   I don't know how they are organizing themselves, but "the official
 listing" would be http://wiki.laptop.org/go/pootle#Sign-up.
 You could see listing of actual Pootle users at
 http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/teams.html, that is organized by language
 basis.  But actual granting priv is per language and project basis, so we
 need to ask Sayamindu (CC'ed) who is is admin for Etoys/Es.

 If you don't know mail address for the people, the only way for us to try
 to contact them seems shouting at localization list.
