 Reported by Antonio on the etoys mailing list:  If you bring up the halo
 on an AlignmentMorph which is serving as a wrapper to a tile phrase in a
 Scriptor, and then click on the green "duplicate" handle to get a copy,
 and drop the thing you're handed onto the desktop, and subsequently pick
 it up again, it can leave behind an invisible "AlignmentMorph" on the
 desktop.

 If the halo is properly brought up on the desired PhraseTileMorph itself
 (or Test or TimesRepeat tile, as the case may be), the problem will not
 happen, but since the AlignmentMorph that wraps around a phrase is
 invisible, it is easy to get the halo on the "wrong" item, so it would be
 good to address this case explicitly.
